Tuzzigap specializes in solid-wood furniture and supports every item it makes. If something isn’t right, this page lays out—in plain and practical terms—how Tuzzigap will handle it. The policy applies to orders shipped to the United States, United Kingdom, France, Germany, Australia, Spain, Canada, Italy, Belgium, and Portugal. Because Tuzzigap also carries apparel as a smaller line, clothing-specific notes are included where they apply.
Policy overview

30-day return period: Submit a return request within 30 days of receiving your order.

When Tuzzigap is at fault: If the issue is caused by Tuzzigap (damaged in transit, manufacturing fault, or wrong product sent), Tuzzigap covers the return costs and arranges pickup or provides a prepaid return label.

Change of mind: Returns for reasons like size, color, or preference are accepted within the 30-day period; however, the customer pays the return shipping.

Refund timing: Once the return is received and inspected, Tuzzigap issues a refund within 7 business days to the original payment method. For eligible international returns, no re-import charges apply if Tuzzigap’s return labels are used.

Apparel note: Clothing returns for size or fit are allowed within 30 days if items are unworn, unwashed, with tags still attached, and placed back in the original packaging.

Conditions for returns
Furniture

Must remain unused, unassembled, unaltered, and in original condition.

Evidence of wear (scratches, stains, dents, odors, pet hair, drilled holes, refinishing, modifications) makes it ineligible for preference-based returns.

Keep all original packaging (foam inserts, corner protectors, manuals, tools, hardware). Missing pieces must be replaced with equivalent protection.

Fully assembled or installed furniture cannot be returned unless Tuzzigap confirms damage or a defect.

Tuzzigap furniture is intended for indoor residential/studio use only.

Larger items may require freight pickup with pallet/liftgate service; Tuzzigap will provide instructions.

Do not tape pieces directly onto wood surfaces—use proper padding.
Apparel & small goods

Apparel must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered, with hygiene seals (if any) intact and all tags/accessories included.

Shoes must only be tried indoors and returned inside their original shoe box, which must then be packed inside an outer carton.

Hygiene-sensitive goods (underwear, swimwear, pierced jewelry) are not returnable once packaging/tags are opened or removed, unless defective.
Natural wood disclaimer
Every piece of wood is unique. Variations in tone, grain, or natural knots are expected and are not considered defects.
When Tuzzigap is responsible (damage, defect, wrong item)
If an item arrives broken, faulty, or doesn’t match what you ordered, Tuzzigap will correct the issue.
Examples include:

Transit damage: dented corners, cracked panels, chipped finish.

Manufacturing flaws: misaligned joinery, uneven tops, unstable legs, hardware that won’t install properly.

Apparel defects: open seams, faulty zippers, or wrong size/color shipped.
What Tuzzigap provides:

For small issues, Tuzzigap may send a part replacement, a touch-up kit, or a garment replacement for quicker resolution.
Returns requested by customers (change of mind)
If a product doesn’t suit your space, style, or fit:

Once inspected and approved, Tuzzigap refunds the item price only.

Bundle note: If a return order included a promotional bundle or free gift, all items must be returned together. Otherwise, the value of missing items may be deducted.
How to start a return (step-by-step)

If damaged or defective: Notify within 72 hours and attach clear photos/video of the packaging and damaged areas. For apparel, include defect photos with tags visible.

Packing tips
Furniture

Secure tops and bases so they cannot move.

Reuse foam/corner guards whenever possible.

Bag hardware/tools and attach them securely inside the box.

If the original carton is missing, use a sturdy box or pallet crate with strong padding. Seal tightly.

For freight returns, Tuzzigap provides bill-of-lading (BOL) instructions if a pallet is required.
Apparel

Fold garments neatly into their original polybag/dust bag with tags attached.

Pack shoe boxes inside a protective carton.

Do not send shoes/clothes in display packaging alone.
Refund timing & method

Refunds are issued within 7 business days after inspection, back to the original payment method (USD; major cards or PayPal).

Banks or PayPal may take up to 7 additional business days to release funds.

If items are missing or packaging is inadequate, and the product is damaged in return transit, Tuzzigap may deduct repair/replacement costs or return the product at customer expense.
Exchanges

Request an exchange within 30 days for a different size, finish, or model.

If customer-initiated: return freight is paid by the customer.

If Tuzzigap’s fault: Tuzzigap covers the costs.

Furniture exchanges are processed after the original item is returned and inspected.

Apparel exchanges depend on stock. To receive replacements faster, customers can place a new order while waiting for the original return to process.
Restocking fees
There are no restocking charges. If the return follows this policy and passes inspection, Tuzzigap refunds the full eligible amount.
Refused deliveries & undeliverable packages

If a delivery is refused without contacting Tuzzigap and no damage is confirmed by the carrier, it will be treated as a change-of-mind return. Actual return freight, storage fees, or re-route charges may be deducted.

If a package is undeliverable due to incorrect address or missed delivery attempts, Tuzzigap can assist with re-shipment (additional freight may apply) or process a return as outlined above.

For large-value freight orders, an adult (18+) must be present to accept delivery or pickup.
Taxes & duties on returns (international)
Eligible international returns processed with Tuzzigap’s labels are not charged re-import duties. If a customer arranges their own courier without prior approval, they may be responsible for customs fees, VAT/GST, brokerage, or damages in transit.

Most orders are prepared within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding U.S. public holidays). Typical transit times:
