Tuzzigap ships with solid-wood furniture at the core: easy-to-follow instructions, strong packaging, and upfront pricing. Many pieces are weighty; each carton is built with rigid panels, dense padding, and corner protection. Large boards are strapped and clearly marked “This Side Up.” Smaller items travel through standard parcel networks, while oversized furniture moves with freight partners specialized in large deliveries. From checkout to arrival, Tuzzigap ensures full pricing clarity, practical delivery windows, and safe handling.

Tuzzigap also offers apparel and small lifestyle goods. These ship in padded mailers or compact cartons and generally move faster via parcel carriers. For mixed orders (furniture + apparel), shipments may leave from separate hubs or arrive in different boxes at no extra cost.

Where Tuzzigap Ships

Tuzzigap delivers to the United States, United Kingdom, France, Germany, Australia, Spain, Canada, Italy, Belgium, and Portugal.

Tuzzigap does not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or certain remote territories (e.g., Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, or select outlying islands in Europe and Australia). A full street address is required to ensure heavy wood pieces can be handled safely.

For destinations outside the listed countries, or for buildings with restricted vehicle access, stairs, or narrow elevators, contact Tuzzigap before purchase to confirm available options or upgrades.

Carriers & Service Levels

Tuzzigap uses UPS, FedEx, USPS (for certain small U.S. parcels), and DHL Express for international deliveries to the UK, France, Germany, Spain, Italy, Belgium, Portugal, Australia, and Canada.

Large furniture and other bulky items may ship by LTL freight with curbside delivery (liftgate included). Freight carriers usually call or text to confirm a delivery window. Oversized orders may arrive palletized and shrink-wrapped for protection.

High-value deliveries may require an adult signature in the covered countries. If so, Tuzzigap will note this in the tracking email.

Apparel and small goods ship through parcel carriers with tracking. Signatures are not required unless chosen at checkout or added by Tuzzigap for security.

Processing Time vs. Shipping Time

  • Processing time = inspection, packing, labeling before handoff to the carrier.

  • Shipping time = time in transit after carrier pickup.

Business days = Monday–Friday; U.S. public holidays excluded. International deliveries may take longer due to customs or local inspections. Delays of 1–3 business days may occur during severe weather, labor strikes, or carrier congestion. Address changes after dispatch may incur re-routing fees and extra time.

Apparel note: Apparel-only orders often clear faster than furniture and may arrive ahead of the baseline windows below.

Shipping Times & Costs (by Region)

The fee displayed at checkout is the shipping cost billed by Tuzzigap. The model is simple: flat rates with clear free-shipping thresholds.

Furniture: Heavy wood pieces may be billed using dimensional weight. Large tables often require LTL freight, liftgate service, and added cargo insurance. Multi-item furniture orders may be shipped in separate boxes to reduce risk. Where needed, cartons are secured to pallets. Tuzzigap absorbs part of the freight cost so careful packaging and secure handling are reflected fairly in the checkout total.

Apparel & small goods: Apparel-only orders (≤2 kg) use discounted parcel rates. In some cases, a reduced apparel rate may override the flat rate at checkout. Free-shipping thresholds apply to the order total unless otherwise noted.

Taxes & Duties (International Orders)

For orders to the UK, France, Germany, Spain, Italy, Belgium, Portugal, Australia, and Canada, Tuzzigap ships DDP (Delivered Duty Paid)—meaning import duties, VAT/GST, and customs processing are already covered at checkout. The carrier should never request extra payment on delivery. If asked, do not pay—contact Tuzzigap so it can be resolved.

Processing & Dispatch

Most orders are prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, U.S. holidays excluded). Orders placed before 2:00 PM CST often begin processing the same day; later orders start the next business day.

Pre-orders or made-to-order furniture ship once completed. Tuzzigap’s confirmation email will include an estimated ship date. If a cart includes items with different lead times, Tuzzigap may ship ready items first or hold the order to ship together. Apparel in mixed orders may ship earlier if ready.

Furniture Delivery, Access & Assembly

Furniture often ships partly disassembled for easier handling. Each order includes a step-by-step guide and usually a basic tool (e.g., Allen key). Typical setup: 20–30 minutes with two adults. Check all parts before assembly and use a clean, soft surface to prevent scratches.

If your building has stairs, tight corridors, elevator limits, gated entry, or truck restrictions, notify Tuzzigap before shipping. If room-of-choice delivery, stair carries, debris removal, or timed appointments are needed, Tuzzigap can quote upgrades (extra fees may apply).

Missed appointments, liftgate refusals, or address corrections after dispatch may result in carrier fees billed at cost.

Tracking Your Order

When an order leaves the workshop at 5261 Encino Rd, Abilene, TX 79605, Tuzzigap emails a tracking number and direct link.

Tracking may take 24–72 hours to show updates, especially for international orders awaiting customs scans. Freight tracking may display “label created” until a local terminal assigns the load. If there’s no movement after 72 hours, contact Tuzzigap. Apparel tracking typically updates more quickly.

If Something Goes Wrong

  • Inspect packages immediately upon delivery.

  • If damaged, contact Tuzzigap within 72 hours of delivery. Provide your order number and clear photos or video of the carton, packing, and affected parts. Note visible damage with the driver if possible, and keep all packaging until advised.

  • For minor cosmetic issues on furniture, Tuzzigap may send a replacement part or touch-up kit quickly.

  • If a parcel is lost—no scans for 7+ days or undelivered after 14 business days—contact Tuzzigap. Once the carrier confirms loss, Tuzzigap will replace or refund at no charge.

  • Refused deliveries or failed deliveries due to address errors may be returned. Tuzzigap can re-ship once details are confirmed and any carrier fees are covered.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders not yet in processing or shipped may be cancelled—contact Tuzzigap as soon as possible, ideally within 24 hours of purchase. Once processed or shipped, cancellation is unavailable. After delivery, see the Return & Refund Policy.

For international orders to the UK, France, Germany, Spain, Italy, Belgium, Portugal, Australia, and Canada, cancellations are not possible once customs clearance has occurred.

Address changes after shipping may incur re-route fees and added time.
